The meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M. by Chairman Gerdis.
MINUTES
Motion was made by Mr. John Pajor seconded by Mr. Paul Eshoo and
VOTED to approve the Minutes of the Meeting of the Charter
Revision Commission on February 8, 1989.: ZL IN FAVOR.'
CORRESPONDENCE
A letter was received dated Feb. 12, 1989 from the $uperintendant
of Schools, to Mr. John Gerdis, Chairman of the Charter Revision
Commission, regarding suggestions for changes in the charter.
DISCUSSION
The following votes were taken on the basic concept and content of
the questions and problems to follow:

Mr. Gerdis informed the Charter Revision commission that Mr. Goodrich
would be attending the.February'27th meeting of the Charter Revision
Commission.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
