The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Gerdis.

Motion was made by Mr. Richard Swanson, seconded by Mr. Robert Weiss
and VOTED to approve the Minutes of the meeting of the Charter Revision
Commission on April 12, 1989 with the following corrections;
To include a time..limit of. within 30 days of Pg. 2, under 6-8.

BUDGET CHANGE FORM REQUEST
Motion was made by Mr. John Pajor, seconded by Mrs. Kathryn -Kearns
and VOTED to send a budget change form request -to the Executive
Board for approval of $1000.00 in additional funds in order that
the Charter Revision Commission can continue its deliberations.
$900.00 is to be requested for secretarial funds and $100.00 is to
be requested for outside services. ALL IN FAVOR.
