motion to approve them was made by Commissioner Baumann. The motion
Nas seconded by Commissioner Itessi~a and carried unanimously.
A motion to adjourn ~as made by Commissioner Baumann and seconded by
Commissioner Russak. 1he motion ~arried unanimously, and the meeting
adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
