Commissioners D. Harris and P. Corrigan and Alternate
Commissioner C. 8ameros.
The minutes of the September ~7, 1989 were reviewed~and a motion
to accept them was made by Commissioner 8aumann and.~econded by
Commissioner Suranna. The motion carried unanimousl%X
One new application was presented by Planner Voelker:,.~
Michael J. Cassetta - proposed zone change of Lot
Block 14~, Jarvis Lane from GC--1 to GC--~. ~
The date of public hearing was set as November 8, 1~8~. ~
Chairma~ Ferraguto stated he'had contacted a commissioner or,he
ZBA and the Mayor with regard to improving communication between
the two boards. It was the consensus of the commission that the
two commissions meet several times during the year to discuss ~
each commission's views on zoning.
Zoning Inspector Gaudio reviewed the ZBA cases scheduled for
October.
Planner Voelker stated Makro had requested the words "wholesale
club" be added beneath the "Makro" on the store's sign. It was
the consensus of the commission that the applicant go before the
Design Review Board with its request.
