Commissioners in attendance were J- Suranna, D. Harris, P-
Corrigan, and Alter. hate Commissioners M. Meigs~ and B. Edelson.
Zoning Inspector R. Gaudio mas in attendance- Commissioner R.
Baumann, Alternate Commissioner C. Gameros, and Town Planner W.
Voelker were not in attendance-
The minutes of the March 8, 1~89 meeting were reviewed and a
motion to accept them as amended was made by Commissioner
Corrigan, seconded by Commissioner Suranna~ and carried
unanimously-
Correspondence was reviewed by Chairman Ferraguto ~hich included
a reminder of the CFPZA dinner meeting on March ~, 1989 at the
Yankee Silversmith Restaurant for those commissioners attending-
Chairman Ferragut° stated at Mayor Peters' request he had spoken
before the Economic Development Committee at its Monday, March
13th meeting. Attorney Sullivan had also attended. Chairman
Ferraguto stated the Deming Rd. and Manafort Bros. Real~¥
Association's fill permits were discussed-
No ne~ applications ~ere presented.
ZBA decisions of the February ~8, 198~ meeting were then
reviewed, as w~ll as zoning violations-
