A meeting of the Berlin Zoning Co~mission was held on September 26, 1984
Chairman Warner called the meeting fo order at 7:00 P.M.
Present were Commissioners Patricia Corrigan, Ferraguto and Ross.
Also present Emil Carlson, Zoning Inspector

Minutes of the September 12, 1984 meeting accepted as read.
Minutes of the September 17, 1984 Special Meeting accepted as read.

It was voted to pay the following-

Item III
M/M Samuel Edelson met with the Commission to discuss why the Timberlin
Golf Club was granted permission to sell alcoholic beverages
Chairman explained that Section 11.04.07 of the Berlin Zoning Regulations
was amended which would allow the Zoning Board of Appeals consideration
to authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages in the snack bar and or
restaurant of any golf course owned by the Town of Berlin with restrictions
they may impose.
Item IV
Action by the Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to a public hearing held
on September 25, 1984 was reviewed
Richard C. Minigil, 820 Worthington Ridge
Fence violation
Side yard violation
Zoning Inspector requested to have R.C. Minigil remove existing construction
installed without benefit of a permit or a certificate of appropriateness
from the Historic District Commission.
Zoning Inspector to report back at the next regular meeting
Item V
Ralph Simeone met with the Commission to discuss Commission action in
revoking his permit to remove gravel from his property on Orchard
Road. Explanation was that this permit was for removal of gravel and not
stone crushing and processing.
After further discussion of the Simeone violation
WHEREUPON motion made by Commissioner Ferraguto, seconded by Commissioner
Corrigan it was unanimously
VOTED to reissue the Simeone gravel removal permit and subject to the
following stipulations -
