Item VII Zoning Board of Appeals agenda to be considered at a public hearing scheduled for March 27, 1984 was reviewed. Item VI I I Secretary to make six reservations for Commissioners to attend the annual meeting of the Connecticut Federation of Planning & Zoning Agencies scheduled for March 29, 1984, 5:00 P.M. at the Yankee Silversmith Inn. Chairman Warner called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Present - Commissioners Patricia Corrigan, Pegolo, Ferraguto and Ross. Also present Emil Carlson, Zoning Inspector. Item I Minutes of the March 14, 1984 meeting accepted as read. Item II Zoning Inspector presented for Commission review the following applications: Fern W. Wilcox & H. George Wilcox Excavation permit on Lot #14, Block 71 located on the west side of Kensington Road, 615 plus or minus feet distant south from the intersection of Norton Road with Kensington Road. James C. Roche - Zone change from Residence R-86 to Residence R-43 on 17 lots, Block 74 & 74A located on the east side of Chamberlain Highway beginning 770 plus or minus feet distant south from the intersection of the Chamberlain Highway with Orchard Road. Executive Board Town of Berlin Amend the Zoning Regulations Section 11.04.02 the 1500 foot radius restriction in Section 11.04.01 (a) shall not apply to any club or any building for commercial recreation such as bowling alleys located adjacent to the Wilbur Cross Highway where the sale of alcoholic beverages is clearly incidental and subordinate to the primary recreational activity. A hearing date of May 9, 1984, 8:00 P.M. Town Hall was scheduled to consider the above. Item III Letter from James F. Ripper, dated March 19, 1984, concerning blatant violations of the zoning regulations on property located on the north side of Middletown Road was discussed.
