shall comply with the provisions of Section 11.40, 11.43.
and 11.45 respectively.
Nothwithstanding the above, in Planned Shopping, the
size of the sign, whether attached or detached, shall be
determined by the Planning Commission but will not exceed
the provisions of 11.43.02 for the attached sign, however,
under no circumstances will the sign be in excess of
200 sq. ft.
