Town Clerk as follows:
"The Berlin Zoning Commission will hold a special meeting
on July 18, 1983 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall.
The purpose of the meeting to discuss and act on the matters

VOTED
Approving the request of the Kensington Fire District for a zone
change from Planned Industry to Retail Business on Lot #67, Block #76,
located on the north side of Farmington Avenue 600 feet distant from
the intersection of Farmington with Burnham Street.
Reason Zone change would allow existing structure and proposed use
to conform with regulations. No conflict with Town Plan of
Development.
VOTED
After discussing the request of A. Ciammella & Son, Inc. for a zone
change from Flood Plain; Planned Industry; Residence R-21 to Residence
R-11, on Lots #89 and #90, Block #91 located on the east side of Four
Rod Road 300' south from the intersection of Lori-Ann Lane and Four
Rod Road.

Although in conflict with Plan of Development, recent zone
changes to R-11 in the vicinity make this proposal feasible
as an expansion of the R-11 zone.
