Alternate Vera Skorupski sat in the absence of Commissioner HcCarthy. o Richard and Janice Zaccardo - Amend the Berlin Zoning Regulations, Section 11.04.07 to read: "The Zoning Board of Appeals may grant a permit with such restrictions as it may impose for the sale of alcoholic beverages in the clubhouse of any golf course owned by the Town of Berlin." The Berlin Agriculture and Horticulture Association, requests a "special permit" for the Berlin Lions Club to sponsor certain special activities at the Berlin Fair Grounds commencing June, 1982 and expiring June, 1984.
