Commercial on Lot %18, Block %82 located on the east side of
Episcopal Road 380 feet distant north from the intersection
of Episcopal Road with Deming Road. At this hearing four

The meeting recessed at 8:00 P.M. to attend a public hearing
to consider the following:
Alternate Irving Warner sat in place of Commissioner Mitchell
and Alternate Philip Ferraguto sat in place of Commissioner
McCarthy.
1. Spruce Brook Associates - Zone change from Planned Industry
and Residence R-43 to Residence R-15 on Lots #7-#7A-#7B-#7C,
Block #153 located on the south side of Spruce Brook Road 25'
distant east from the intersection of Mary Ann Court with Spruce
Brook Road.
2. Marc Phaneuf - Fill permit for Lot #23, Block #84, located
on the north side of Farmington Avenue 912 feet, plus or minus,
from the intersection of Farmington Avenue with Porters Pass.
Approximately 5000 cubic yards to be filled on 0.55 acres.
