Angel(. Ciammella, 516 Orchard Road, Kensington, Conn. for a zone change
from t'lanned Industry to Residence R-11 on Lots 5,4A,4, 2A, 1,3, and 2B,
Block 90 located on the west side of Four Rod Road southerly and westerly
from ~he intersection of Cashman Place with Four Rod Road.
A hea'ing date of August 23, 1978, 8:00 P.M., Town Hall, Berlin, Conn.

. Earl H. Wicklund, Inc. zone change from Residence R-21 to
Residence R-15 on Lots 31A-l, 31B-l, 31C-1, 31XA, Block 69
located on the east side of Crater Lane and Ellsworth Blvd. and
south side of Timberwood and Misty Mountain Roads.
McKeon Bros. - Excavation permit on Lot 11, Block 373 located
on the east side of Elton Eoad, 873 feet distant south from the
intersection of Kensington Road with Eltc,n Road. Approximately
four (4) acres to be excavated.

Mitch~ll it was unanimously
VOTED to approve the request of McKeon Brothers for renewal of an
excaw~tion permit on Lot 11, Block 373 located on the east side of Elton
Road, 873 fee% distant south from the intersection of Kensington Road
with ]~lton Road.
Appro~imately four (4) acres to be excavated.
