meeting of the Berlin Zoning Commission was held on January 25,
978.
he meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Probst.
resent were commissioners Pegolo, McCarthy and Ross and Zoning
nspector Emil Carlson.
TEM I
ommissioner Pegolo moved, Chairman Probst seconded, approving
nanimously, the minutes of January 11, 1978.
TEM II
ommissioners discussed at length, action of the Zoning Board of
ppeals pursuant to a public hearing held January 24, 1978, at
hich time they approved a request of Huber E. Miglioli and
lorence Z. Holcomb for a variance on Lot 8 in the area of yard
nd setback requirements and located in Block 47.
ommissioners Probst, Pegolo, McCarthy and Ross voted, unanimously
o take legal action to reverse the decision of the Zoning Board of
ppeals.
EASON Variance granted creates a non-conforming lot in Block 47
nd it appears that the only hardship is financial.
here being no further business the meeting adjourned.
