ITEM II
Action by the Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to a public hearing held
February 24 1976 was revlewed
ITEM III
Chairman Probst reported that he has heard nothing further concerning
the Zoning Commlsslon budget for 1976-1977
ITEM IV
Commlss~oners concurred to defer a proposed recommendation to the
Charter Revlslon group concernlng Section 11 6 of the Charter for the
Town of Berlin
ITEM V
A he~r~ng date of Aprll 28 1976 8 00 P M Town Hall was set to consider
the petitions of John and Olga Lechow~cz for an excavation permit and
Emily C Flechner for a change of ~one from Residence R-15 to General
Commercial
ITEM VI
Chalrman Probst to revlew w~th Nuncio Rosso Chairman of the Planning
Commission their recent sub-d~v~slon action on the property of Angelo
C~amella and report back at the next regular meeting
ITEM VII
Commissioners unanimously approved the request of the Fafnir Mutual
Benefit Association for permission to conduct a p~cnlc at the Berlin
Fair Grounds on June 13 1976

Sam Splelvogel met w~th the Commission at 6 30 P M th~s evening to
continue ~ts review of the Berlin Zoning Commission ordlnances for the
purpose of brlng~ng them ~nto conformity w~th the new Town Plan of
Development
