Agenda Of the Zoning Board of Appeals hearing scheduled for September 2&th was
reviewed
Item IV
Emil Carlson presented for Cmsmission review an application for a permit renewal
from Charles Genoni to re~ove 8ravel fro~ the Rudnick property on Norton Road
with a limitation of two (2) years

Chairman reported that operatable sravel banks in the Town of Berlin where permits
have been issued were reviewed with the Zoning Inspector

Chairman Probst reported that John Gregorian has withdrawn his application £or
a zone chanse from General C~eerciaI to Retail Business on a parcel of Iand
Iocated on the East Side of the WiIbur Cross Highway previously occupied by the
Loft Candy Company

The Zoni-'-~-'""-"ni Inspector was requested to review periodically the reconstruction
of a barn on the Fletcher P~perty at lOl& Worthington Ridge as it has been brou&ht
to the COmission*s attention that it is being renovated for living quarters
