A special meeting of the Berlin Zoning Commission was held on Saturday

The meeting was called to order at l! O0 by Chairman Probst
Present were Commissioners Cornier McCarthy Pegolo and Ross
Alternates Dave Nltchell and Joseph Ga$11ardi

Secretary reported that the Town Clerk was notified of this special meeting
as required by the General Statutes o£ the State of Corm

Item III Commissioners and Alternates visited the Roland Nadeau site on
~vn Rd and after discussion on the matter on motion made by Comnissioner
McCarthy seconded by Commissioner Ross it was -
VOTED - To 8rant the petition of Roland Nadeau for a zone change
from Residence R-43 to Residence a 21 on Let 8-W Block #142
and located on the south side of Middletown Road 200 feet distant
from the intersection of Middletown Road with Hence Drive wkich
petition was heard at a public hearing on December 12 1973
Voted unanimously
Effective date of change - February 5 1974
REASON l~re realistic zone as it is continuous to Residence R-15 to the
west Existing R-&3 on the south and Flood Plain on the east creates
a substantial buffer
Area changed is served by sanitary sewer and water
Iteva IV Commissioners and Alternates visited the Frank Bessoni and Frank
