A meeting of the Berlin Zoning Commission was held on September 12 1973
at the McGee School
The meeting was called to order at 7 30 P M by Chairman Probst
Present were Cmmissioners Cormier Pegolo and Ross Also present were
Alternates Mitchell and Ferraguto and Zoning Inspector Emil Carlson
Alternate David Mitchell was appointed by Chairman Probst to sit in place
of Commissioner McCarthy

Item VII, David Nttchell reported that he met jointly with the Beautification
Committee and Board of Selectmen on September lOth and that the Coumittee has
established Farmington Ave as it s target
It was thought that much could be accomplished with replacin$ sidewalks
landscaping softer lighting power and telephone lines undersround et~
without disturbing the structures
