Mmnutes of the previous meetzug were read and accepted
~ Mrs Mahan reported that Mr Adolph Schultz appeared and reques.ted~ that hms
permmt be issued for the constructmon of a house on Allmug St as dmrectee by Superior
CourtMr Davms reported that Mr Schultz has to date not fmled a sewage plan
It was pomnted out that durmng the court actmon they zndicated that there was
a sewer lee mn front of the house
Secretary to check to determmne whether or not there as a sewer in front of this
lot and if not a letter ms to be sent to Mr Schultz, requestmng that he cease and
desist untxl such tmme that he furnishes the Town Engmneer wroth a septmc plan
