At an open meeting of the Town Planning ommission held at the
request of the Board of Selectmen on Thursday December 16th Mr
Allen was invited to attend to represent the onin~ Commission along
with Mr Harold Bomb~ for the Board of Assess, rs and Mr John
Savage for the Zoning Boara of Appeals who s not present
The purpose of the meeting was to outline the work and activity
for a full time Town Engineer as outlined in the recent annual town
meeting
Mr Allen stated that speaking for the

Engineer and requested that he do whatever pos kble to expedite the

any changes th t hav~ been made since the last revision of the map
Mr Ross Secretary was requested to for~ to Mr Bacon

Couzt of Common Pleas in H~r~ford regarding the permit granted by
the Zoning Commis ion all w~ng ~r & ~rs Ellison to relocate a
house on ~orthington Eidge which f~led to meet t~e ~§' set back
line
~r Allen reported that ~r Gay has bzought his register up
to date ~nd there is a full record of all permits
The procedure as outlined in m~nutes of a previous meeting
concerning the handling oi funds received for building permits
was again outlzned to the Comm~sszon's Clerk ~r A Gay
~ Allen reported that a filing cabinet w~s ordered from
Adkins in ~w Britain for the Commission's use
