April 27, 1983
The Executive Board met briefly prior to the reconvened Town
Meeting at 8:30 P.M.
Mayor Ward presented a Budget Change!Form from the Registrars of
Voters in the amount of $1,387.00 to account #1004 Elections
to cover the cost of the referendum on the budget held on April
27, 1983. On motion by Mr. McKeon, seconded by Mr. Argazzi, it
was voted to approve the Budget Change Form in the amount of~
$1,387.00 to account ~1004 Elections. MOTION CARRIED.
The Executive Board meeting adjourned to the reconvened Town
Meeting at 8:47 P.M.
Mayor Ward read the total voting at each district with the total
of 859 YES 1065 NO. It was annodnced the Board of Finance will
go back and consider adjustments in the proposed budget and the
reconvened Town Meeting will be held at McGee School on Friday,
May 6, 1983 at 8:00 P.M.
The Executive Board returned with the Board of Finance to their
conference room to deliberate on the changes they would make.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:50 A.M.
