Call to the Order
Chairman Moore called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.

Review of the Minutes
Gail Marino moved to approve the minutes, September 14, 2022 seconded by Vice Chairman Robert Lewis,
passed unanimously.
LIBRARIAN’S REPORT: Carrie reported the "borrowIT CT” went well. All library materials need to be
available to all residents in Connecticut. Hot Spots where the only issue that needed to be changed. Out of
towners can now borrow Hot Spots.
Under State statue, children are allowed to have two home libraries.
September was a great library signed up month.
A beautiful tree was in the display case. A leaf was added for every library card obtained. Volunteers will be in
charge of the display case on a monthly basis. November display will feature Thankfulness and will highlight
volunteers.
Susan Pink passed away. She was one of the volunteers that came every Wednesday. She loved the library.
She helped with spices and crafts.

OLD BUSINESS
Gail Marino made a motion to approve the “Bill for Replacement Policy” as revised seconded by Sharon
Powell, passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT:
Carol Welz made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:50pm, seconded by Gail Marino passed unanimously.
