BOARD OF SELECTMEN
December 12, 1968
As a result of a special meeting called by First Selectman Arthur B.
Powers at 12:00 noon on Thursday, December 12, 1968, Edward McCarthy
was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Zoning Commission created when
Abraham Zimmerman resigned; Joseph Pegolo and Joseph Stiano were ap-
pointed alternate members of the Zoning Commission; Bert Desrochers
was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Zoning Board of Appeals created
when Robert Dacey resigned; Robert Silver was appointed an alternate
to the Zoning Board of Appeals; Nunzio Rosso was reappointed to the
Planning Commission for a term of five years, effective January l, 1969;
and Robert Probst was reappointed to the Zoning Commission for a
five-year term, effective January l, 1969.
Upon motion made by Mr. Joseph Lanzoni and seconded by Mr. Johansen
the above appointments were approved.
