*MINUTES OF THE DESIGN HEV IEW CONMITTEk.*
*SEPTEMBER 16 , 1980*
The Design Review Committee met on Tuesday , September 16, 1980,
at 7: 30 P.M. in the Town Hall. Members in attendance were :
Emil Carlson and Sally Macfarlane . Also present was Juliet
Benjamin , Secretary .
Appearing before the Committee was Mr. Michael Stanton , Owner
of KrNS ]NGTON INSURAICE LTD. , 505 New Britain Road , Kensington ,
to discuss -clans for a sigai already in use at his business .
Also appearing before the Committee was Mr. Bert Desrochiers
of CONN. CTFAN AIR SPECIALISTS, 750 Wilbur Cross Highway ,
Berlin, to discuss plans for remodeling the exterior of his
business .
The Committee also discussed the FERGUSON BROTHERS WOODWORKING,
27 Brook St. , Kensington . Ronald & Kevin Ferguson have
submitted a plot plan and made a clarification of that plan
and all changes to be made to the building.
Discussion was also held on the award ceremony to be planned
for the fall. Mrs . Macfarlane will contact Committee Members
by phone to try to reach a fin al agreement on recipients of
awards .

The next meeting of the Design Review Committee is scheduled
for Tuesday, October 7, 1980.
