September 10, 1962

OFFICE OF THE SELECTM__~N
The meeting opened at 7:30 p.m. with Selectmen Powers and Kerin
present. Mr. Lanzoni was unable to attend this meeting.
Item I Minutes of the meeting of August 27, 1962 were accepted as
written.
Item II Board accepted with regret, letter of resignation from
Attorney David Collins, from the Industrial Development Committee
and the Charter Commission. Attorney Collins is moving to Watertown.
The Board unanimously appointed Frank Benenti to fill Mr.
Collins' unexpired term as a member of the Industrial Development
Committee.
Dr. Willard Wallace was unanimously ~ppointed to till the
unexpired term of Mr. Collins on the Charter Commission.
Letter of appreciation will be sent to Mr. Collins.
Item III 'Mr. Powers advised that Mr. Haber is in the process of
preparing tire bid. Bid will be for size of tire so that we can
call for tires whenever needed.
The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
