Assistant Highway Superintendent. Candidates qualifying, as determined by ex-m~nation conducted by the State the Board of James F. Kissane, Jr., Personnell Department, were interviewed Selectmen, Town Engineer, and Grant Skinner, Highway Superintendent. The following applicants qualified: Donald J. Grade 2nd 72.78 Srd 65.08 4th 60.80 Verification from State Personnell Department on file at the Selectmen's Office. Donald J. Prue was the unanimous choice of the Board of Selectmen, Town Engineer and Highway Superintendent. Mr. ~owers moved, Mr. Kerin seconded, that Donald J. Prue be appointed ~'~,Assistant Highway Superintendent for a mix month probationary period, at a salary {of $5,700.00 per year; salary to be reviewed at the end of the probationary period.
