The meeting was called to order by M. Wnuk at 7:15 PM.
A motion was made to accept the Minutes as printed. Motion passed.
OLD BUSINESS
A motion was made by M. Lewandowski and was seconded by M. Rogan to suspend the
agenda except for two items ( Incentive Plan and Apparatus Response) . Motion passed.
INCENTIVE PLAN
After a long discussion( pro&con ), it was agreed to combine the criteria of the Robert
Wolf Pension and the Incentive Plan—add yes or no for the mandatory drills and the
present percentages to read 30—40—50 percent on a calendar year 1 —01 to 12 : 31.
APPARATUS RESPONSE FOR DISPATCHERS
After a very lengthy deliberation, it was agreed to have 3 companies respond to calls
during the daytime hours and only 2 companies respond at night. A motion was made by
Mark Lewandowski and was seconded by Keith Morton to change the present fire
Quadrant to company responses. This will take effect on January 1, 2003. Motion passed
unanimously.
DECEMBER
South Kensington Fire Department will host the Xmas Party on December 17, 2002
at 6 PM.
The meeting adjourned at 8:55 PM.
