The meeting was called to order at 7: 12P.M. . BiCtUU.CQ16-
A motion was made by Chet Haber and seconded by Charl' e' Scheer
to accept the minutes of the previous meeting as read.
Ron read balances of all accounts.
CORRESPONDENCE:
Planning Commission agenda for October 9th and December 11 , 1990.
Letter from Gary Clinton pertaining to the Fire Board budget being
heard with the Board of Finance on January 29, 1991 at 7: 30 P. M. .
Letter from the Town Clerk pertaining to schedule of meetings.
Letter from Gary Clinton pertaining to Kensington Fire Department
Metro Mobile phone system. The system will not be funded after
July, 1991 .
Letter from Soderburg Fire Equipment pertaining to clearance sales.
Christmascard from Atlantic Enviromental Corporation.
OFFICERS INPUT:
Chief Haber asked what is going to happen with ladders that fail
the testing. Discussion followed.
Chief Haber also asked what is happening with the physicals and if
a doctor is on board yet . Discussion followed. No doctor is on
board yet.
OLD BUSINESS:
Ron brought up information on bids for minitors for Hi Band --
East Berlin - $3200. 00 - 9 minitors; South Kensington - $3900. 00 -
11 minitors; Berlin - $1500. 00 - 5 minitors.
Prices for minitors are as listed below:

Statewide Radio Service 4.07. 51 each - 3 yr. warranty

• Motion was made by Mark Lewandowski and seconded by Charlie Scheer
to buy the Reach minitors for $332 . 00 each.
Motion passed unanimously.
Ron stated that Berlin, Kensington and South Kensington had presented
their budgets. East Berlin did not have their budget ready.
