The meeting was called to order at 7: 05 P. M.
A motion was made by Charlie Scheer and seconded by Dave Edelson
to accept the minutes of the previous meeting as read.
Motion passed unanimously.
Ron read the balances of all accounts.
CORRESONDENCE:
Letter from Mayor. Peters pertaining to the budget items accounts
236 - 248. A meeting was set up for November 27, 1990.
Budget appropriation sheet from Gary Clinton.
Letter from SNET pertaining to a rise in monthly costs.
Letter from Motorola pertaining to prices on radios.
Letter from the Finance Department pertaining to new budget forms.
OFFICERS INPUT:
Chief Haber reported that the results of the physicals have been
given out.
Chief Haber also reported on a letter pertaining to Hepatitis shots.
OLD BUSINESS:
The buying of the budget items which have already been funded.
A motion was made by Chet Haber• and seconded by Bob Brown to buy
budget items which have been funded in the budget , providing the
budget prices hold true .
Motion passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
Ron brought up about the budget .
Chief Haber reported that each departments budgets are not ready
because ,we do not know what we are getting from this years budget .
Chief Haber reported on the rent proposals from Berlin Fire Dept . ,
Kensington Fire Dept. and East Berlin Fire Dept . to be presented.
