The meeting of the Fire Board was called to order by the Chair-
man at the Berlin Firehouse at 7: 30 P.M.
Members present were: R. Lindgren, C. Haber, N. Martenelli, E.
Zannetti, P. Dempsey, G. Skene and J. Fiori.

Letter is to be sent to the Finance Board in regard to transfer
of Fire Marshalls account back to Executive Board Control.
Letters will be sent to the four department Chiefs and Assistant
Chiefs inviting them to the June 22nd. meeting with a proposed item-
ized budget for the 1803 account.
A motion was made to send out bids as of this meeting, to all
bidders for the South Kensington Pumper Tanker. Bids are to be re-
turned for the June 22nd. meeting. Invitations to bid were sent to
Hahn, American LaFrance, Mack, Pierce, Car-Mac, Oren, Emergency I,
and Hanley.
Motion was made to purchase Plastic Poly-covers for East Berlin
from Industrial Safety Supply at a cost of $68.00.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 P.M. ''
