Letters will be sent to the four department Chiefs and Assistant Chiefs inviting them to the June 22nd. meeting with a proposed item- ized budget for the 1803 account. A motion was made to send out bids as of this meeting, to all bidders for the South Kensington Pumper Tanker. Bids are to be re- turned for the June 22nd. meeting. Invitations to bid were sent to Hahn, American LaFrance, Mack, Pierce, Car-Mac, Oren, Emergency I, and Hanley. Motion was made to purchase Plastic Poly-covers for East Berlin from Industrial Safety Supply at a cost of $68.00. Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
