The meeting of the Fire Board was called to order by the Chair-
man at the Berlin Firehouse at 7:10 P.M.
Members present were: R. Lindgren, R. Scalora, J. Fiori, G. Skene,
P. Dempsey, C. Haber, E. Haber, B. Romagelli.
First Order of Business--Opening of Bids for Fire Equipment.

Shipman Fire Equipment
Soderburg (Representative present)
Edward Oshay
After comparing bid prices, low bid items were accepted from
companies with the lowest bids.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
The following bills were presented.

Fire Chief Magazine (East Berlin) 9.00
Ray-Jurgen Co. (East Berlin) 54.00
Center Paint and Hardware (East Berlin) 297.00

R. Lindgren (postage) 1.30
Motion was made and seconded to pay above bills.
A report was given by Edward Haber regarding portable radios.
Discussion followed on different type of radios available. Action
was tabled.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:40 P.M.
