January 22, 1976
The meeting of the Fire Board was called to order by the
Chairman at the Berlin Firehouse at 7:15 P.M.
Members present were: R. Lindgren, J. Fiori, R. Scalora, G.
Skene, N. Martenelli, C. Haber, P. Dempsey.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
The Following bills were presented:
American Fire Equipment Co. Inc. (Budget Item) $6,233.25
American Fire Equipment Co. Inc. " If 37.58
Shipman Fire Equipment 125.05
Gowans-Knight Co. Inc 834.00
O.B. Maxwell Co. 154.80
R. Lindgren (Postage & Telephone) 21.79
O.B. Maxwell Co. 378.00
O.B. Maxwell Co. 96.80
Motion to pay the above bills was made by N. Martenelli and
C. Haber.
The following correspondence was received:
A copy of a letter from Mayor Powers to the Police Chief in re-
gard to a key to the gas pump.
A copy of a letter from Mayor Powers to the Finnance Board re-
garding sewer charge to the Fire Department and money for a Pumper
for Kensington Fire Department if Revenue Sharing becomes available.
Election of Officers for 1976 followed, Chairman R. Lindgren,
Vice-Chairman N. Martenelli and Secretary J. Fiori.
Motion made and seconded that the secretary cast one ballot for
elected officers as stated, by C. Haber and G. Skene.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:20 P.M.
