Minutes of Fire Board Meeting
January 23, 1975
The meeting of the Fire Board was called to order by the chair-
man at 7: 30 P.M.
Members present: Chairman R. Lindgren, R. Probst, J. Fiori, N.
Martinelli, G. Skene, C. Haber, R. Scalora, E. Zanetti.
Emil Zanetti is Berlin' s representative for this year.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
The following bills were presented:

Motion was made to pay above bills by C. Haber, seconded by
G. Skene.
Correspondence:
Letter was received from Gulf Oil Co. in regard to foam used to
fight fire on Parkway. They will nay foam costs upon receipt of invoice.
Letter was received from Mrs. Ward, Town Clerk, regarding listing
of scheduled meetings for the year.
Manuals were received from Chem Card and were distributed to each
of the four company representatives of the fire board.
Discussion:
Renew five year budget plan on major equipment purchases-Each
Company is to report back to the fire board of their needs.
Annual Fire Reports from each company for the year July 1973 to
June 1974 are to be forwarded to the fire board by the next meeting.
Inventory reports from the four companies are also to be forwarded
by the next meeting.
Training ground committee was appointed. C. Haber, N. Martinelli,
R. Scalora.
Election of Officers was held. Chairman R. Lindgren, Vice-Chair-
man N. Martinelli, Secretary J. Fiori.
Meeting Adjourned 8:45 P.M.
