1975-02-17 Minetes of the Commitee for the Aging, February 17, 1975
The Committe for the Aging met February 17 , 1975 at 8 p. m. at
the Upson House .
Those present were Miss 'icGee, Mr. Bolles, Mr. Rich, Mrs.
Brindely and Mrs. Mahan.
Lack of communication led our secretary to belive tilat no
me= ting would be held Feb . 17 since it was a holiday. ho notices
were sent out. 1 regret this oversight.
The committee approved the appointment of rir. Bolles to the
Advisory Committee of the RSVP.
Mrs. Mahan has been appointed by Mayor Powers as the town' s
representative to the Advisory Committee of the Community Council
of the Capitol region.
The basement floor at the Upson House has been completed and
has been paid for by the Senior Citizens of Berlin, Inc. The
seniors have also purchased six new card tables.
