Present: nrs. Agostini, Rev. Davis, Mr. Rich, Mrs. Mahan, Mrs. Brinely

The 3udget for 1973 was a2-,roved by the commission.

The 9uestion was raised on how to handle the extended hours at
Uoson louse. it wan agreed that if seniors want to use the house some
evening, that the caretakers be resonsible to check and make sure
the house is In order. it was suggested that the caretakers be
notified in advance. Li.. Rich is to talk to caretakers about not
using the rooms that are exclusively for the use of the seniors.
Mrs. Mahan will call senior affairs grouo in Middletown and have
someone come and ox lain haw the rogram for Age 65 Discount is doing
over in i1ddletown and how the merchants are res:onding to it.
The Junior i.omen sent a letter of thanks for use of Upson Aouse.
Era, Eahan will call either Joe Blackburn or Charlie Snow in regard
to becoming members br the commission.
Re: Transoortation , Ers, Agostini will find out about the cost
factor, It was agreed that it would be experimented two days a week.
Mrs. Mahan will bring uo the subject to the seniors and see what responds
will be if this would be available for a :Animal fee.
A get well card was sent to Charles Graham.
