SUBJECT: Special Meeting, Monday, March 27, 7:30, Town Hall, Public Mtg. Room
Michael F. Brown, Community Development Director in the Town of
Glastonbury, has agreed to come to Berlin on Monday, March 27th, at 7:30
to give a brief slide presentation illustrating the advantages of strong
design controls within a village center concept. He will also discuss
Section 12 of the Glastonbury Building Zone Regulations, which details the
requirements for a Special Permit with Design Review, which Glastonbury
requires for all new structures and changes on structures in all
commercial and industrial zones.
The Design Review Committee feels that this can prove to be a most
interesting and informative meeting and hopes that you and all interested
members of your commission and staff will attend.
