March 6, 2018 Meeting Minutes
The Property Management Committee met Tuesday, March 6 at The District
Offices at 245 Main Street, Cromwell, Connecticut.
The Chair, Peter Centurelli, called the meeting to order at 5:40 PM. In addition
to the Chair, present were Committee Members — Dale Aldieri, Bonnie
Anderson, Torn Serra and James Fallon. There was a quorum. Also present were
Board Chairman — John Dunham and Executive Director — Art Simonian.
The following is a summary of the meeting:
1) Company Vehicle - Plant Dump Truck with plow for Replacement FY19. The
Committee members discussed looking into getting a 2017 or 2018 Dump
Truck.
Mr. Serra moved, and Mr. Centurelli seconded, and the committee approved
unanimously:
MOTION: Move funds for Plant Dump Truck vehicle replacement into
FY18.
2) Insurance Broker NFP — Status and performance.
Mr. Aldieri moved Mr. Serra seconded, and the committee approved
unanimously to go into Executive Session at 5:52 PM with Board Chairman —
John Dunham and Executive Director Art Simonian to discuss the Insurance
Broker NFP Contractual Performance
Mr. Centurelli moved Mr. Serra seconded, and the committee approved
unanimously to come out of Executive Session at 6:19 PM.
