OFFICE OF THk SELECTMEN
The m~eting opened at 8:00 P.M. with the three Selectmen
present.
Y~r. and ~rs, B~nk who own property on Worthington Ridge
appeared before the Selectmen and presented several snapshots show-
ing the existing "spite" fence erected by his neighbor, on the
property line, MrJ. Wasik.
;~'!r. ~nk asked whether this was a "legal" fence of a "spite"
fence.
Rlr. Hail answered that he could not give them an answer wit,,out
first conta~:ti~ the Town Counsel.
~r. Bnnk went into a detailed explain~tion of how t?~is fued
all started.
Mr. a Mrs. Suni: stated that they would go half way on a
reasonable agreement with ~'Ir. Wasik.
~ir. Hall brought uy that ~ir. Wasik offered them ,![9~O0. for the
house and the pass-way which ~r. Bunk purchased from ~rs. Ea~age.
On leaving ~ir. bunk stated that if ~ir. "asik was willing to
offer them ~12,000. that they would sell everything.
The Selectmen met with ti~e Planning Commission and the Zonin~
Commission this eve.~ing.
