1994-05-17 BERLIN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
The special meeting of the Economic Development Commission was called to
order at 7:05 P.M. on May 17, 1994 by chairman Mary Jean Agostini—Daley.
Those present were George Soliwoda, Ed Egazarian, Tom Stregowski, Larry
Siembab, and Director Charles Karno. Dennis Phaneuf was excused and
Bruce Trevethan, Ron Stack, Kevin McCabe were absent.
A motion was made by Mr. Stregowski, seconded by Mr. Soliwoda and voted
unanimously to enter into executive session for the purpose of conducting
interviews for a consultant to do promotional work for the Town of Berlin.
At 8:50 P.M. a motion was made by Mr. Stregowski, seconded by Mr. Egazarian
and voted unanimously to end the executive session.
A motion was made by Mr. Stregowski, seconded by Mr. Soliwoda and voted
unanimously to invite Waterhouse Productions and Grouptelecasters to submit
additional information and proposals for the video project.
A motion was made by Mr. Soliwoda, seconded by Mr. Stregowski and voted
unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 9: 17 P.M.
