• ZONING COMMISSION
The meeting opened at 8:00 P.M. with Allen, Norton,
and Garlick present.
March 18tn. was the dated set to hold the Public Heaxring
in which to hear and- act on the proposed revisions to the Zoning
Ordinance.
Mr. A. Gay was instructed to prepare a copy of the
Certificate of Occupancy, effective immediately.
A letter was r7ritten C. H. Nickerson & Co. , P. 0. Box
486, Torrington, Ct. asking that he forward a "letter size" plot
plan for the incinerator building being constructed on Christian
Lane, Berlin, as per conversation with Clerk, A. Gay.
Their copy of the building permit was also mailed
to the above address whin was given to Mr. Gay in error.
Copy of the letter is on file.

A letter was written to Mr. Adelbert H. Leonard,
1-2 Three Gardens, Southington, Conn. in reply to his undated letter
requesting information as to where in could establish his 1953
35 ' trailer which he planned to addai living room and put the
trailer on a concrete found -ton.
