ZONING COMMISSION
The meeting opened at 8:00 P.M. with Lawyer , Beilman, Cabelus
and Garlic present.
A copy of the Planning Commission's meeting of March
23, 1953 were received, read to the Commission and placed on file.

A check in the amount of $5.00 from H. S. Shiner & Son,
permit fee, for a sign on Larammer's Motel on houte 5 was turned over
to the Zoning Commission Treasurer.

A letter was written to each of the following, notifying
them of a public hearing to be held on April 24, 1953, 8:00 P.M.
Town Hall.

Change of Zone from Residence to Business - parcels
on the west side of Harding Street
Change of Zone from Residence B to Residence A - parcels
of land set forth in the call of the meeting.
The letter sent the Zoning Commission by Mrs. Frances
Bernado complaining of a proposed gas station at the intersection of
Worthington Ridge and Route 72 was forwarded to the Selectmen .
A copy of the letter was made and put on file.
A bill from Business Forms Inc. of West Hartford, Conn. , in
the amount of $14.10 was turned over to the Selectmen for payment .
