TOWN OF BERLIN
ZONING COMMISSION
The meeting opened at 7:45 P.M. with Beilman
and Cabelus present.
Mr. Beilman reported that Mr. Lawyer spoke on the
telephone to Mr. S. Mcr'ay with regard to his request and infornei
him that it wal alright to raise chickens on his property
in a Residence A Zone provided he check with his neighbors.
Mr. Beilman spoke to Mr. Lyman Hall and George Hamlin
with regard to arrange a meeting date to discuss the fees to be
charged for the new code.
Meeting adjcurned at 8:30 P.M.
