TOM OF BERLIN
ZONING COMMISSION
The meeting opened at 7:30 P.M. with Beilman and Kioskowski
present .
A letter was received from the State Development Commission
James S. filar, Planning Engineer, informing the Commission that a
copy of the State Building Code will be forwarded by the State Housing
Authority.
A letter of resignation was received from Mr. L. E.
Beilman, a copy of which was forwarded to Lyman E. Hall.
A letter was sent to Mr. T. Schultz informing him that
the permits issued on Mr. V+ebsterts Subdivision would be revoked
due to policy set forth in letters received from the Town Planning
Commission. (Letter on file ) .
Meeting adjourned at 8: 0 P.M.
