1951-10-23 Min ing 0oNd TONN OF BERLIN ZONING COMMISSION The meeting opened at 7:30 P.M. with Heilman, Lawyer, Lucco, Kloskowslci, and Cabelus present. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted. Mr. Be ilman reported that the Frank Brandgee case is still pending, which is being. handled by George Hamlin. It was reported that Mr. Herman P. Zeigler of 416 Park St . , New Britain, had started construction on cabins located on property owned by him at the corner of Lower Lane and Farmington Ave. He was asked to appear the November 14th. , meeting to present his certified plot plan for consideration. (letter in file) A letter was written to Ralph Simeone of 853 Farmington Ave. Kensington, informing him that a public hearing would be held on November 20, 1951 for a zone change. (letter in file ) It was brought up that Al Gay, clerk of the Zoning Commission to date has not outlinaihis duties as Clerk which were requested to be kept on file.
