TOWN OF BERLIN
ZONING COMMISSION
The meeting opened at 7:30 P.M. with Beilman, Lawyer, Kloskowski,
and Cabelus presnet. The minutes of the previous meeting were
read and accepted.
Mr. Beilman reported that investigation showed that the Horbal
Bros . incorporated on June 4, 1949.
A letter was written to Francis P. Rohrmaye;r, Attorney, in answer
to his letters of September 13th. , and the 21st . regarding his client
Joseph Santoro. (Copy of letter in file )
A letter was written to Town Counsel, George Hamlin, in answer
to his letter of September 10, 1951, in which we requested the proper
proceedure to follow in turning over the case of the horbal Bros.
to the prosecutor.
Meeting adjourned at 9 : 10 P.M.
