called to order at 6:30 p.m. in Room 7, Berlin Town Hall, 240 Kensington with the following
commissioners in attendance:

ZEO revtewed the s~te plan as approved by Planmng and Zoning and follow up enf~
actmn taken regarding P&Z complatnt, as well as subsequent apphcatton to ZBA fo~.t~llet~of
signage requirements. ~!~. ':
Mr. Zigmont reviewed ZBA guidelines and reasons for denial.
Discussion indicated a general feeling that the applicant failed to prove a hardship.
Mr. Zigmont motioned to appeal the ZBA decision. Mr. ToplilTseconded the motion.
Motion mended/seconded to appeal the decision of the following applications:
/199-09-33, Spruce Brook Road; #99-09-32, Harvest Hill Road; #99-09-33, Commerce Street;
#99-09-34, Robbins Road; and #99-09-35, Fannington Avenue
