Meeting called to order at 8:15 PM. by Chairman
John Hoppe with Larry Beilman, Al. Kioslowski and
Al. Gay---present. _
The Sect read the call of the
3� public hearing
on the request of Joseph Sisti for a change_-of zone
from residence "B" to business on property located
on East Main St. in East Berlin.
-Mr. Sisti stated the reason for the requested
change was in case the present building was destroyed
by fire that he understood he could not replace it
under the present zoning laws. ,
There was no other persons speaking in favor. of
the requested change. _ _
Those voiceing Apposition were George Skene,
Bennet Warner, Mrs. Jordan and W. P. Noble speaking
for the St. Gabriel' s Church. The opposing persons
submitted a map showing the location of the homes
of those opposing and their nearness to the Sisti
property. Decision was reserved.
Two permits were issued, Permit 1596 for alter-
ations to Frederick Roberts of Fairview::Drive, Kens.
Permit #957 to G. E. Prentice Co. for Shelter
Shed on N. B. road
Alexander and Cecilia Sisti request a change of
zone on property at the corner of Mill and East Main
Street in East Berlin.
There were a number other request for building
permits but as their plans were not in order they
will return at the nest meeting June 18th.
