1. Petition of Richard E. Parks to change the zone on Lot 5-75 and portions
Lots 5-71 & 5-65, Block 153, Quail Run, from R-43 to R-21. A motion was made
by Mr. Southworth, seconded by Mrs. Porter and voted 4-1 to recom~nd to the
Zoning Co~ission approval of the prOposal for the following reasonS:
