Garrity, 3. Agenda Item 4. Site Plan Approval - Hadfield Building~ Webster Square Road, ~lan Borghesi, builder. Following discussion, th~ Commission voted to qrant site plan approval conditioned upQn receipt of a letter of ~ntent to install sidewalks across their frontage at such time as the sidewalks are installed on the property to the north. Following discussion, the Commission voted to grant preliminary and final ~ubdivision approval of property north of Canterbury Road o~rned by Henry Lowchy and Robert Vernlund, partly by each. 3. Following discussion, the Commission voted to recommend denial of a zone ~hange from R-21 to R-15 on lots 31C-1, 31B-l, 31A-l, 31XA, Block 69, proposed by Earl H. Wicklund, Inc. for the following reasons: 1) we believe there has been no change in conditions since Zoning to warrant a change in zoning; 2) adjoining lots are in R-21 with some larger than R-21 requirements; 3) R-15 in this area is contrary to the Town Plan. FolloWing discussion the Commission voted to grant preliminary and final subdivision approval with Donditions of porperty of Franklin Woodruff et al and Willis & Esther Woodruff on Worthington Ridge. 5. Following discussion, the Co~ission voted to recommend approval of an excavati ~ermit on Lot 11, Block 73, Elton Road, McKeon Bros., applicant. Following discussion, the Commission voted :o grant Preliminary and Final Subdivision approval to the Worthington Ecclesiastic
