The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM by Chairman Chief Mark Wnuk.
MINUTES
The Minutes of the April 20, 2004 were presented. A Motion was made by
T. McMahon and was seconded by S.Folcik to accept the Minutes as printed. The motion
passed unanimously.
VOICE OF THE PUBLIC - None
A motion was made by K. Morton and was seconded by S. Folcik to recess the
regular Agenda and go into the Workshop on Daytime response. The motion passed
unanimously. A good turn out of line officers was present. After a brief discussion, it
was agreed to categorize the items that need to be considered. This broke down into two
parts -short-term and long-term.

These recommendations will be reviewed by each Fire Company and fiuther input from
the Four Companies will be discussed at the Duce meeting.
The meeting reconvened to the Regular Agenda at 8:35 PM.
OLD BUSINESS
The Budget figures were reviewed and each department received their balances.
Chief Simons reported on the final closing dates to get your bills paid
1. Monday June 7, 2004 -The final day to take out purchase orders
2. Friday June 18, 2004 -The last day to take out purchase orders for Emergency P.O.
3. Wednesday June 30, 2004 -Prepare and estimated paymens for (CLBt P, SNET,
CNG, Verizon, Nextel, AT & T ).
4. Wednesday June 30, 2004 -The last day for employee reimbursemems
5. Friday July 23, 2004 -Last day to process invoices/ payments applicable to the 2003-
2004 fiscal year.
6. Friday July 2, 2004 -Take out purchase orders for 2004 - 2005
It is requested that you follow these dates very carefully.
MDA
MDA will meet with the Chiefs at our June 15, 2004 meeting.
BLOOD BORNE PASSAGE
The June 14, 2004 training session location to be announced.
